It’s time Americans selling online had a voice

For too long, American businesses have between a rock and a hard place.

With giant companies like Facebook, Amazon, and Google on one-side and unfair competition from China on the other, American businesses selling online have been squeezed.

There are millions of business selling online in the United States, but with our laws are currently structured, it’s only a matter of time before those businesses will all be China, just like our factories are.

Support the American Ecommerce Fairness Act

Require any e-commerce marketplace which operates in the US and has over $1 billion in gross merchandise value (GMV) yearly sales to withold 7% of post-fee revenues from all foreign entities selling on said marketplace, under chapter 3 of the US tax code (Withholding of Tax on Nonresident Aliens and Foreign Corporations).
